Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window your order will have already entered processing and we may not be able to accommodate your request. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be refunded within 7 business days.

We are confident the SpineLift works — and we want you to experience the full benefit before making a final judgment. If after a minimum of 14 days of daily use you are still unsatisfied, you may return the product within the 60-day guarantee window for a full refund. No questions asked. No return shipping required. Damaged Items

Every SpineLift is carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition. If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is physically broken, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@decompressrx.net with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess your claim and, if eligible, send a replacement at no cost to you. Please note that we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse. Cosmetic packaging damage such as dented boxes where the product itself is intact is not considered damage.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. While we work to ensure timely delivery, DecompressRx cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the courier directly using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. DecompressRx is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed to the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. Requests made after this window cannot be guaranteed, and DecompressRx is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
